The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
* Monitor NVH metrics through build phases from M1 through to J-1
* Track component delivery to support build robustness
* Add NVH parts to the vehicle as required, liaise with build team to ensure prototype vehicles are built to an acceptable level to allow vehicle development
* Co-ordinate NVH activity between PAT, airborne attenuation and launch teams.
* Maintain issue trackers to ensure shortfalls are corrected as through build maturity.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Experience of VNVH is desirable.
* VNVH system or component experience.
* Experience of working in the manufacturing environment preferably with the motor industry.
* Ideally experienced in AIMS and Product Change Management.
* Educated to degree level or equivalent experience Excellent communicator with good oral and written communication skills, capable of working with all levels of the organisation
* Able to operate effectively and openly with all areas of the business
* Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and deliver under pressure
* Committed to transforming and growing the business
* Team player who is able to develop strong relationships
* Be highly organised and structured
* Be thorough and capable of sustained attention to detail.
* A strategic thinker who can step back and see the 'bigger picture'
* Determination to continuously improve delivery and scope of job role
* Have good analytical skills
* Have a determination and resilie

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Experience of working with an OEM automotive company within a VNVH area.
* Six sigma training and experience.
* CAE experience.
* Engineering degree.
