The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Integration Engineer Engineering Targets and Sign-Off Reporting for the programme. This includes preparing presentation packs for use at Technical Issues meetings and other reporting forums Management of AIMs, Conformance Plans, Deviations, Attribute Panel Charts, ESO(Engineering Sign-off tracker) to help guide the programme through the Engineering Gateways. Design Verification Plan creation and completion management AIMS - guiding the resolution of cross functional conflicts Prototype vehicle planning - run the Test & Development mtg, generate fleet plans and SDV matrix Support Build and sign off vehicles at the end of the line. Manage the Engineering fleet day by day , Ensure Attribute Demonstrator Vehicles are kept up to date with latest content. Organisation of driven and non-driven attribute demonstrations to Vehicle Evaluation Team (VET) and senior management. Work closely with workshop facilities to resolve vehicle off road (VOR) issues. Prepare weekly vehicle metrics for presentation to senior management. Manage the timely completion of Product Technical data Sheets.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Excellent communication and presentation skills. High level of drive, personal organisation and ability to see the critical path. Good team leading capabilities. Negotiate and prioritise difficult trade- offs such as incompatible vehicle requests. Drive teams to resolve cross functional issues and negotiate difficult trade- offs. Deliver with minimum supervision. Familiarity with key PD IT systems (i.e. Fleet Management System, AIMS, RMDV2) Good understanding of PCS. A good knowledge of whole vehicle and its systems. Engineering degree preferred, other degrees and relevant experience considered.
