The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
A senior role, to manage a Specification Team to identify opportunities for the company through a strategic joined-up approach to the project pursuit process. This role not only develops strategic relationships with consultants and other key customer groups but ensures that as a team synergies are recognised and capitalised on with a more coordinated approach to market across both businesses.

• Achieve annual sales budget.
• Monitor and measure projects & specification by KPIs
• Proactively develop and lead the Specification Team
• Develop specification strategy in line with LP and implement & drive business plan.
• Create forum and routine processes for working across both business units
• Raise the awareness and profile of the brands through demand creation and enhance market position, through specification, a strategic relationship with consultants, M&E contractors, panel builders, KNX integrators and building operators.
• Ensure specification / projects team leads are captured and tracked in the business.
• Identification and understanding of the critical success factors and needs of the market
• Analyse and identify issues and gaps that may prevent consultants from specifying or M&E contractors and agree resolution plans within both organisations.
