The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Our Client is seeking an experienced Construction and Installation Manager for their Subsea Production Systems (SPS) team on a 2 year maximum term assignment. Reporting directly to the SPS package Manager your role will hold you responsible for organising and managing the fabrication, delivery, Engineering close out and Technical Support/Services for Subsea Production Systems.

Your key accountabilities will be, but not limited to;
•Manage and control Contractors achievements in accordance with contractual requirements and standards in all areas including technical requirements and planning
•Ensure all equipment delivered has been fully tested, is in accordance with Contract requirements and therefore fit for its intended
•Ensure effective coordination between the different packages of the project for management and handover of the Company Provided Items, as well as the installation of the SPS equipment
•Ensure SPS Package Manager is kept well informed of status of progress, main events, decisions and serve as liaison between SPS technical team and SPS Package Manager
•Assist the SPS Package Manager to execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
•Ensure the Verification & Check Plans are practical, achieve the required system integrity and closed out in due time
•Adapt the resources to the phase of the project and demobilized at the optimum time
•Manage the Technical Close out of the contract
•Supervise the SPS Technical, Construction and Installation team
•Deputize for the SPS Manager as and when required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experienced Engineer (excess of 20 years) with significant technical expertise working with Subsea Production Systems in specifically, Xmas tree, IWOCS, Tie-In Systems. A distinct advantage having knowledge and experience working with the General Specifications and EPFS type contract, GE SPS systems and Mechanical Completion processes in the SPS environment.
