The Role:
To assist the Package Manager Project Control Manager after contracts award in the organization, management and control of the Project packages Subsea Production System (SPS) and Multi Phase Pump (MPP) - Coordinate the packages project control areas which include, Scope/Change Management, Contract/Subcontract/Procurement Administration, Schedule Development/Control, Cost Estimating Follow-up and Forecasting, Budgeting, Progress Measurement, Package Performance Reporting and Forecasting, Document Controlling, Manpower coordination.

1. Coordinate the packages Scope/Change Management, Contract/ Subcontract Administration
2. Co-ordinate the planning and progress control activities of the packages
3. Ensure the planning and cost systems are in accordance with the Company Rules
4. Monitors and reviews schedule and cost performance
5. Participates to the yearly and LOP budgets elaboration
6. Manages budget changes and transfers and facilitates processing of project variances.
7. Coordinate project cost and progress reports
8. Responsible for reporting of the packages
9. Manage the cocumentation control system for the packages activities
10. Identify and analyze potential project control problems and follow up on recommendations.
11. Provides when required support to human resources functions.
12. Update the Project Execution Plan as necessary.

Performance of services is in Kongsberg (Norway) until mid-2014 with missions in UK, Singapore, Malaysia and Angola. Then service performance will be relocated in Paris until approximately end 2014

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Engineering degree or equivalent
5 to 10 years of Contract Experience, cost and planning administration/control

Call for Tender Preparation, Tender Evaluation, Contract Award and Administration

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge of Subsea Equipment would be appreciated
