The Role:
The service holder is responsible, within the team, for following-up, monitoring and supervising Quality
Control (QC) Inspection activities carried out by the Controls Contractor during the Procurement, Supply &
Manufacturing phases, ensuring that QC contractual and technical requirements are duly applied by Contractor.
The service holder organises and participates in monitoring activities and planned inspections / audits / tests, etc.,
assists to planned QC Inspection meetings with Contractor, performs QC visits and tours and ensures an adequate
reporting (areas of concerns, problems encountered in the implementation of the Inspection and Test Plan by the
Contractor) to the Quality Leader/ Company Site Representative.
In general manner, the service holder provides assistance to the Controls team with:
- Quality related matters associated with the Controls scope. service holder participates in reviewing the SPS
Controls Contractor QC documentation (Inspection Plan, etc.) and ensures its full implementation by
- All matters related to QC inspection.
As part of the team the service holder may be requested to support other Packages provided this is
compatible with his main function
The service holder is also accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE
rules & requirements.

Supervise the Project Surveillance and Quality activities performed at Contractors and
Supplier Sites
- Ensure that the manufacturing activities are closely inspected by the Contractor’s QC
inspection team
- Review and ensure that all certification is up to date, including documentation from
vendors and contractors;
- Challenge Contractor and suppliers on overall quality performance and inspection
activities, and to perform routine and random inspections on a daily basis in this regard;
- Monitor any work deficiencies and ensure the implementation of the necessary corrective
actions via review of raised NCRs
- Monitor and ensure final documentation progress in timely manner; Follow up on the
implementation of agreed action plans, or other mitigation plan issued;
- Stop & report immediately to the Quality Lead / Site Representative any
anomaly or non-conformity;
- Participate to Quality specific audits (where required) and provide regular QC inspection
& activity reports.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Professional Experience (years): min 10 years of QC Inspection experience
Experience in similar position (years): mini 5 in similar role
Level / Diploma: Engineer, or equivalent
Languages: English mandatory
