The Company:
Our client is an established oil and gas operator company in Indonesia that currently in FEED stage and looking for "Sr. Hull E&I Engineer" for Indonesia base

The Role:
Oversee electrical system design to support achievement of project targets on time on budget and with high quality & safety and responsible for system technical reliability and its integration in the overall facility.
1. Electrical System Design
Review / check and evaluate FEED contractor's electrical system design.
Ensure that electrical system design meets oil & gas industry quality standards as well as regulatory requirement.
Verify and evaluate design integrity of work and to ensure that FEED contractor's proposed solutions are technically sound.
Ensure that final design is in line with Masela specifications for DEPs requirements along with project documentation.
Identify scope and develop specifications for EPC phase based on approved final electrical system design.
Evaluate FEED deliverables of multi FEED for electrical system design.
Monitor and control progress of multi FEED for electrical system design.
Assess local content for electrical system
2. Technical Assurance & Integrity.
Review design calculations and drawings in order to verify accuracy of deliverables for electrical system design.
3. Contractor Management.
4. Ensure that the progress reporting provided by FEED contractors and complete documentation for electrical system
5. Planning, Costs and Risk Management.
Provide regularly update work plan : schedules and milestones; cost estimates for electrical system design to electrical system eng. supervisor
Inform possible delays and budget overruns to electrical system eng. supervisor and recommend appropriate solutions; ensure that contractor implements solutions approved by electrical system engineer supervisor.
6. Development and Leadership
Ensure behaviours, performance and resourcing of own team support Masela's goal, company policy and standards.
Participate in business planning, budgeting, system integration, peer reviews, and other initiatives as required.
Encourage continuos improvement and knowledge sharing.
Any other activities as requested to support INPEX success.

Reporting to electrical system eng. supervisor
Command of the English language written and spoken

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
A minimum 15 years experience in the oil and gas industry as electrical engineer and ideally should have the designing experience of electrical systems for offshore oil and gas production platforms, FPSO, FSRU, FLNG and LNGC, etc.
Extensive experience in FEED & EPC engineering activities related to electrical system design of offshore oil and gas production platforms, FPSO, FSRU, FLNG and LNGC, etc.
Knowledge and experience of power management system and motor control system design including integrated control system.
Knowledge and experience of HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA and QRA studies
Knowledge and experience of offshore electrical practice, designing of offshore cable tray arrangement.
Familiarity with the related standards and codes including DEPs.
