The Company:
Our client, a major owner/operating company, requires expertise for their LNG mega-project in Western Canada.

This position is open to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

The Role:
IFO Implementation (Training)
•Mentor current and future group of Kitimat IIF Facilitators: •Coach each facilitator to improve their presentation and delivery skills.
•Ensure “quality and clarity of message” is being maintained. Carry out audits, reviews and feedback surveys to validate this.
•Build IFO organizational capacity and awareness on the Kitimat Project:
•Actively seek out opportunities to promote IFO throughout the business in collaboration with respective Leadership Teams
• Apply learning’s and best practice across the Project in collaboration with respective HES Manager
• Create and deliver initiatives to stimulate an IFO culture across the Project in collaboration with respective HES Manager IIF Coaching
• Conduct informal one on one field coaching engagements of site and office based personnel on how to engage in conversations in support of Managing Safe Workplace practices. Active IFO Engagement
• Conduct Diagnostic Surveys with workforce to establish cultural perceptions and deliver a Coaching Plan that is specific to the work group.
• Facilitate work group coaching sessions where required. This will involve focusing on particular subjective issues within a workgroup, with a view to reinforcing a positive culture or addressing issues surrounding a negative culture.
• Present training to Supervisors and work crews which are ‘purpose built’ in order to address concerns raised during the Diagnostic Survey.
• Create partnership with Leadership Teams within the Project and providing program support within IFO Implementation where required
• Actively engage with contractor workforce to assist in creating a positive IFO workplace culture. Be a leader for IFO principals.
• Be actively involved with the Champions or Action Team Networks as a facilitator, SME, reference point and coordinator of planned activities (when required).
•Provide assistance where required in promoting and coaching individuals in effectively utilising BBS systems.

High levels of emotional intelligence, coaching skills, demonstrated leadership skills/abilities, strong emphasis on supporting teams, strong influencing skills, facilitation skills
Training and Assessing, Coaching qualifications, Psych qualifications, military experience
