The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Job Purpose
Provide high level IT Business Office and Human Resources expertise to the IT department and the clients other functions for delivering the necessary technology services to the business. As needed, recommend, develop and improve the clients computing and communication infrastructure to reflect the current and long-range trends in technology.

Functional Duties
oManaging vendor contracts and relationship with 3rd party vendors.
oBuild contracts repository
oEstablish and management vendor SLAs and performance metrics.
oSetting up training as required
oWill lead entire contracts management department.
oWill look at processes and procedures.
o100 licences within portfolio.
oClosely involved in IT contract management
oWill be responsible for ‘contract repository’.
oNeed to understand the nuances of contracts.


Managerial Duties
1.Manage and oversee the day-to-day work performed by staff as assigned
2.Ensure all tasks and activities are performed in accordance with the clients policies and procedures.
3.Motivate, coach, develop and support employees.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Academic and Professional Qualifications
•Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering or any related field.

Professional Experience
•Deep knowledge and experience in one or more areas of Hiring, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Employment Development.
