The Company:
an Oil services company is seeking a Sr. Performance Engineer

The Role:
Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, this engineer will monitor the performance of civil works, drilling and well testing operation during the execution and close up of this project.
Summarizing Responsibilities:
1. Drilling performance analysis : Identify any major areas for drilling performance improvement and optimization
2. Evaluate current drilling, well testing and civil work performance against technical limit targets and historical activities visa performance database management
3. Leading lessons learned meetings and ensure all lessons learned are discussed and agreed with the team
4. Manage all drilling and well testing lesson learned database as well as the chronology of the history change. Work with Operation team, Drilling Engineers, well testing engineer and civil engineer to recycle lesson learned, back into operation
5. Develop performance to improvement plan based on the DDR/OpenWells data and work with Drilling Superintendent and operation manager to execute the plan with under review from Engineering Manager and Operation Manager
6. Maintain performance metrics database on monthly basis and provides report generation.
7. Ensure all the wells have complete and accurate data input, coding, and activities category, data quality and completeness checks to achieve an accurate and high quality daily report.
8. Ensure consistency across all rigs for correct coding of operations through cross checking of the daily OpenWells reports.
9. For existing wells in the database, identify any incomplete or incorrect data, develop and implement plan to have all wells with a high quality and complete data.
10. Maintain the NPT records and ensure the data consistency among all rigs.
11. Develop and updating performance spreadsheets and produce charts/graph to highlight any trends
12. Support engineering manager for Monthly performance review meeting
13. Review OpenWells Coding standardization
14. Provide and facilitate any major events : failure investigation, major hole problems, pre-spud meeting, post drilling review
15. Ensure that operations and drilling engineering work is performed in line with client standards
16. Facilitate the Major Operational Failure (MOF) process to ensure that the procedure is followed and all MOFs are robustly investigated
17. Compile and enhance quality of weekly, by weekly and monthly reports delivered to Customer and internally for regional and global Company.
18. Update at least in weekly basis the share point (EPM) data base for the project.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
A minimum 8 years of experience in related – must be in geothermal wells is required
Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a relevant Engineering specialization
Demonstrated experience working on diverse, cross-functional teams
Demonstrated leadership skills
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Strong acumen for technology development and innovation

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
