The Company:
We are the largest producer of Indonesia's crude oil that are searching for new crude oil and natural gas reserves from central Sumatra to offshore East Kalimantan to West Papua

The Role:
The Senior Subsea Commissioning Engineer manages the planning and execution of the subsea pipelines and topsides equipment commissioning. This position interacts within the Project team between different disciplines and sub-teams; Operations and with the EPC contractors

The Senior Subsea Commissioning Engineer shall be responsible for the following activities:
• Lead and manage all aspects pre- commissioning and commissioning of topsides equipment, subsea pipelines and flowlines; subsea structures such as trees, PLEMS and associated umbilicals, and flying leads (hydraulic, electrical and fiber optic).
• Coordinate with SIC and SEV personnel.
• Review detailed design documents; ensure alignment with commissioning requirements.
• Coordinate with D&C personnel as necessary
• Provide input to Topsides designs for alignment with subsea commissioning plans.
• Attend related FAT’s, EFAT’s and SIT’s.
• Develop a consolidated plan for subsea commissioning activities. Clearly define the work scope and responsibilities for the same.
• Review and develop as necessary detailed commissioning procedures
• Liaise with operations start up teams in developing the overall start up strategy.
• Establish topsides and subsea system turnover requirements to Operations
• Provide input to the Level 4 schedule; ensure alignment with subsea commissioning
• Ensure compliance with the IDD systems completion work process
• Participate in engineering and process safety reviews; HAZIDs and HAZOPs, Risk Management reviews, SIMOPS reviews, Operations Readiness Reviews, Pre-Start Up Safety Reviews
• Interact with the chemical vendors to ensure proper commissioning of umbilicals
• Demonstrate and enforce IIF expectations during offshore commissioning

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in

• Minimum 10-15 years experience in oil and gas industry
• 5-10 years in subsea pipelines and facilities pre- commissioning and commissioning
• Brownfield, Topsides and deepwater Subsea commissioning experience
• Preferable,non-mandatory - Valid Sea Survival and HUET certification
