Staff Planning / Resource Data Analyst

The Role:
Activities:
• Work with Staff Planning & Recruitment Specialist in generating annual, monthly and ad hoc headcount related reports required for Azerbaijan Developments Leadership Team (ADLT), and Corporate Teams (including but not limited to Recruitment Activity, headcount forecasting vs Plan, Vacancy Reporting, Demand Planning)
• Produce and provide regular reports for HSSE in respect to man hours
• Produce and provide regular New Starts / Leavers reports for ICT team
• Capture annual staffing plan baselines and regular snapshots against those plans
• Respond to any other ad hoc reporting requests
• Attend monthly staff planning meetings across all Delivery Teams and Projects, capture any updates to staffing plan
• Take responsibility for timely and accurate updating of staffing plan data within staffing plan tool (PSPC database)
• Follow up on FTE Allocations Exceptions reporting to ensure PSPC reflects accurate allocations split
• Take responsibility for the quality of PSPC data and regular review, undertaking regular integrity reporting and checks to ensure accuracy of data on on-going basis
• Participate in monthly PSPC Community of Practice conference calls and related exercises
• Work towards continuous improvement of data management
• Provide recruitment administrative support to the Staff Planning & Recruitment Specialist as required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Academic / Skills & Experience:
Essential:
• Background in Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing or Mining sectors
• Experience of working within a multi team structure, handling data in a fast changing environment
• Previous Systems experience
• Expert use in Excel (eg ability to use VLook ups, produce pivot tables etc) is essential
• Ability to represent data in graphs
• High competency in Microsoft Office

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:

Preferred:
• Degree educated
• Previous experience of working in an HR/Recruitment Admin role
• Specific experience with Manpower/Staffing plans is desirable
