The Role:
a. Duties: Support well and completion planning for new and existing NOV developments. Carry out routine surveillance activities, focused on understanding well performance and providing input and guidance regarding well operating procedures. Identify, model and assess key Production Engineering related risks and uncertainties (i.e. well inflow-outflow and sand stability modelling, completion selection and functional specifications including well shape, sand control, smart equipment, chemical injection, artificial lift, and integrity requirements, well and reservoir management. Experience with subsea production systems is a plus.

b. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (at least) in Engineering, preferably within Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering disciplines.
• 5+ years working as a Production Engineer, with strong preference for prior Deep Water and subsea Experience.
• Demonstrated experience in well and production system modelling and surveillance.
• Desire someone with both operations / field background as well as experience working in multi-disciplinary development teams.
• Prior experience with Non-Operated Ventures is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder demands and issues, ability to manage projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of full range of G&G/PP/RE/PE/WE activities from static to dynamic to well planning to field development and surveillance.
