The Role:
Develop and maintain the North Sea Backbone Communications and Stakeholder Engagement strategy and plans
Support stakeholder managers (BIM’s, BCL’s / ILT) to ensure all stakeholders are effectively managed
Provide the tools and guidance to support all stakeholder engagement 
Work in partnership with BIL’s, SPA’s, BCL’s, the programme team, etc to ensure all stakeholder communication activity is tailored and relevant, as appropriate
Engage with all functions and business areas within the North Sea the business to ensure delivery of Backbone messages within regional communications
Coordinate Leadership engagement activities across the Region
Prepare/review content and materials for senior leadership
Collaborate with Upstream programme communications and the Global communications Community of Practice
Network and collaborate with the North Sea Regional Communications Team
Effectively manage message delivery through all available North Sea communication channels
Measure and monitor communications on an ongoing basis
Draft articles and stories to be used in relevant communication channels
Manage the publication and maintenance process for public SharePoint site
Facilitate the monthly communications meetings
