The Role:
- Work with a common vision and goals that align with the organization directions.

- Support the development and on-going sustainment of ORMS, Compliance Management, and Information Governance.
- Model work in accordance with Operations team attributes of: Trust and respect; Business, technical, financial disciplines; Open, honest and timely communication; Understand success comes with team’s success; and Collaboration.
- Assist the Project Managers with the delivery of the required information and documentation to ensure projects are executed in a consistent manner and in accordance with the Alliance Project Management Process.
- Provide process improvement sustainment and revision control of the Alliance Project Process Improvement Initiative (APPii). Develop criteria and deliverables and implement process documentation to support the project stage gate deliverables and ensure communication to other internal and external parties.
- Act as the corporate process owner of all standards PM tools and manage all revisions, versions and changes. All standard project controls tools will be managed within the department PMO (Project Management Office).

- Provide reporting of all project stage gate documentation. This shall include all engineering documentation and drawings, SCM Buyer/expeditor on purchase requisitions, PO’s, Contractors, receiving and expediting reporting, schedule updates, costs analysis, quality assurance and inspection documentation, construction management reports, and commissioning material.
- Assist the Project Managers to manage project information and provide revision control.
- Work with the Project Managers to compile and maintain the master resource planning database to track all internal and key resources for each project.
- Ensure integration with stakeholder groups including P2P, Operations, HSE, Corridor Management and other departments.
- Work closely with the Project Managers and Project Cost Analyst on issues pertaining to vendor and contractors requisitions, work orders, and contracts. Work to resolve and reconcile issues on material receiving, work progress and change orders, as it pertains to invoice processing. Coordinate vendor communications when necessary. Provide assistance in the work progress and accrual process.
- Work with the Project Managers to compile a list of materials and services required for each project, including delivery locations and timelines and work with SCM to ensure that PO’s reflect the requirements. Set up the project PR’s in SAP and work with SCM to monitor PO’s, material orders and advise on delivery and schedule impacts. Provide weekly status reports on the PO’s.
- Work with the Project Controls Analyst to prepare all AFE documentation in line with the project budget, work breakdown structure (WBS) and spend profile.
- Coordinate reporting with Project Costs Analyst and assist in accurate cost tracking and reporting and provide information for cost and schedule reforecasting.
- Communicate and train new employees or those not familiar with the project management process.
- Development of the process, protocols and structure for project filing and achieving ensuring all stakeholder requirements are met. This will include involvement in the technical document library for turnover documentation to stakeholders .
- Attend all project management meeting and update projects management team on expectations, deliverables and completions. Project controls shall issue compliance reporting information on a weekly/ monthly basis.
- Develop project review process and ensure each project is appropriately reviewed for compliance. Participate in internal and external audits.
- Provide technical assistance, analysis and documentation support for the team.
- Assist in the close out requirements of the project.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of English;
- Strong computer skills related to Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Access;
- Experience in the use of SharePoint and SAP (Projects Systems and Materials Management Module).
