The Role:
Job profile

Quality Assurance Specialist with polymer industry. The applicant must know the details of quality management, as well as running the quality management system (ISO 17025 & ISO 9001) of organization, including audits.

Required skills and competencies

The ideal candidate must be able to carry out the following tasks:

Develop from scratch documents that provide requirements, specifications and guidelines that can be used consistently to ensure that materials, products, processes and services are fit for their purpose according to ISO standards (ISO 17025 & ISO 9001).
Trains laboratory personnel in quality assurance documentation and procedures.
Works closely with all levels of laboratory personnel to resolve QA issues that arise.
Conducts internal audits of laboratory data and quality systems/procedures by reviewing documentation for evidence that supports compliance with protocol, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
Performs appropriate, detailed audits for each department.
Troubleshoots problems with study directors.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications
Experienced in polymer industry and R&D activities.
MSc, PhD in science with experience of Quality Assurance in an ISO 17025 environment.
Detailed-oriented, backed by excellence English, verbal & written, communication skills and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate must be team player.
