The Role:
This position oversees the property wide training development efforts and internal communications.
Conduct needs analysis to identify specialized training needs that might arise within the property.

Monitors and evaluates the progress, effectiveness and impact of training and development, internal
communications and arrangement. Make recommendations and suggestions for improvement.
All responsibility are to be performed in accordance with sections and company policies, practices and
procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the group property.
- Plans, directs, administers and facilitate all training and development efforts thorough the entire property
to include orientation, supervisory, development, department development, skills training, recognition
programs, internal communications and employee events.
- Schedule and facilitate employee, supervisor and management training and development.
- Provides input and assists in preparation of annual budget.
- Handles all tracking and communication of property training and reporting needs.
- Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
- Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of the trainers
and training plan. Job Requirement * Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or higher.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
At least 5 year of similar experience in manufacturing company.
* Knowledge about safety, environment and manufacturing.
* Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Ability to work without direct supervision.
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Good ability in English or Japanese
* Proficient in MS Wrod, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange and Outlook
* Experience in foreign company is a plus
