The Company:
Our Client provides oilfield products, systems and services for customers in the oil and gas industry world-wide. The Role:
• Attend and actively participate in the Yard Tool Box Talk.

• Commit to utilising both the STOP and TRAC programmes as per our Target Zero Philosophy, whilst encouraging others to do so.

• Perform company operations in a safe and controlled manner and ensure the safety of yourself, colleagues and associated personnel whilst doing so.

• Working as part of the onshore support team to identify areas for improvement etc within the company base activities

• Plan and execute all Steam Bay activity including Forklift Movements within the Steam Bay to ensure all operations are carried out in a safe and timely manner.

• Ensure all equipment requested is allocated and prepared for operational jobs in line with load out requirements.

• Ensure house-keeping within the Steam Bay is maintained to a high standard to improve efficiency and safety at all times.

• Ensure any Equipment damage is reported to your Supervisor immediately.

• Ensure that all company equipment is presented in a clean and tidy condition to give the correct impression to the client.

• Perform other duties which may be required as directed by your Supervisor or Manager

• Ensure the necessary equipment maintenance checks are carried out daily as per the required procedures and report all defects immediately.

• Have suitable knowledge of the company equipment and range of services and their application within the industry in order to ensure equipment is suitable for the required operation.

• Work effectively with other members of staff to ensure a harmonious working environment.

• Report any possible opportunities that may result in obtaining additional work and revenue for the company

• Advise the Yard Coordinator immediately on receipt of any equipment, area problems..

• Liaise with Goods IN & OUT Co-ordinators and Workshop Charge Hands to ensure all operational jobs are adequately prepared and in line with client requirements, and mobilised in a timely manner.

• Ensure that at all times whilst in the workplace you are a representative of Aker Qserv and the correct image and impression must be given to clients and fellow contractors.

• Ensure all Steam Bay operations are performed in accordance with the company safety and environmental procedures.

• Attend all Base HSEQ meetings.

• Ensure all incidents/accidents are immediately reported and the relevant paperwork completed.

• Ensure all environmental procedures are adhered to at all times.

• Ensure all applicable quality and operational procedures as identified in the company manuals are adhered to at all times.

• Ensure all functions are performed in accordance with the company safety and environmental procedures.

• Ensure documented feedback is submitted to the Training Dept of all courses/seminars attended, to enable follow-up.
