The Role:
To co-ordinate the planning and scheduling of all asset work activities in conjunction with Tactical Team Lead and Operations Manager to ensure accurate planning of long range work scopes and accurate, timely delivery of maintenance, modification, project, drilling & wells programmes and shutdown plans from the 90 into 28 day plan. To prepare and distribute forecasts and plans for all long range and strategic asset work activities
Effectively manage the planning & scheduling process on direction from Tactical Team Lead and Operations Manager.
Ensure Asset Year plan, 90 day & 28 day plans are agreed with site are technically correct and adequately resourced.
Collect MMS activity list from Maintenance Planner, Onshore Operations Co-ordinator and also other work lists from other responsible persons for non MMS derived activities. Confirm quality of information and ensure resources are in Primavera and resource availability replicates rota.
Work closely with Tactical Team Lead to develop strategic long range plans for assigned Asset(s)
Collect information from discipline engineers and activity owners to continually develop the 90 plan.
Complete quality check on logic and dependencies/constraints on activities and ensure visibility to monitor milestones of key deliverables. Note areas of conflict (slippage against plan) and track resource levels.
Develop life of field, 5 year, 6Q, year and 90 day plans by working with Tactical Team Lead, business planning, subsurface and other groups
Lead 90d Gate Meeting, challenging any activities not fulfilling gate criteria. Compile meeting agenda and send out draft and approved 90 day plans
Deliver plan entries to Operations Planner for integration into the operations 28 day plan
Collect progress information and update plan accordingly; assess impact of plan variance; Assist with necessary reports (KPI info \ efficiency data)
Collect information from wells, engineering and OI group to ensure progress of scopes is in line with plan
Work with designated TAR co-ordinator to compile detailed shutdown plans
Interface with Asset Planner on a regular basis

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience of working to ICE - Integral Collabrative Environment
Willing to work Offshore as work scope requires
Must be familiar with Primavera P6
Extensive experience of being an Asset Planner
