The Company:
Our Client is an international energy service company leader in both marginal field developments, in life-of-field engineering and in production support.

The Role:
Main Duties:

o Establishing a positive relationship with potential applicants generated from various recruitment campaigns to determine basic information (e.g. availability, current salary/rate etc.)
o Screening CVs and co-ordinate initial interview and skills testing with potential candidates
o Regular, ongoing communication with the candidate database
o Supporting recruitment events Internationally
o Health and Safety Responsibilities:

Education & Qualifications:

o Experience or qualifications in Recruitment and / HR would be preferable.

Specific Training / Specialist Skills:

o An organised self starter, able to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities.
o You must possess strong organisational skills
o Planning skills with an eye for detail are preferred
o You will be efficient with the use of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Power-point

Personal Skills:

o Ability to engage with potential candidates in an enthusiastic and positive manner
o Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email to internal customers and external candidates.
o You must be a team player and focussed on multiple tasks.
o Willing to adapt to change and support various assignments at any one time.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Interview experience and skills are essential
o Comfortable in dealing with telephone communication and handling large volumes of enquiries
o Previous experience in oil & gas industry is preferred as well as exposure to Resourcing from either a consultancy or agency background
