The Role:
Reporting to the Reliability & Maintenance Manager, the Strategy & Central Maintenance Execution Team Leader will manage the delivery of the strategic Reliability and Maintenance plan. The primary goal of this position is to progress the Safety & Operational Integrity (S&OI) and business agenda through improvements in equipment reliability, central management of core service contractors as well as centrally led cross-platform campaigns Key Accountabilities: - Delivery of generic maintenance plans – this includes verification and performance management for maintenance execution - Define the critical spares requirements process to deliver the strategic reliability – This includes identification as well as optimisation inclusive of storage. - Working with the Planning team to ensure optimised and levelled maintenance plan to SPU Scheduling team - Reliability & Maintenance performance management, This includes analysis and explanation (cost of maintenance planned vs actual, mean times between failures, impact on production - is the strategy working effectively?) . - Contractor cost management and support for asset personnel -This includes accountability for the key relationship and performance of maintenance service contracts as well as materials contracts for disciplines identified as “centrally managed”. - Conduct vulnerability/operability assessments and defined equipment investment / replacement needs – inclusive of tools such as RAM modelling, RCM , ESMP, RCFAs and FMEAs for focused delivery of maintenance related production efficiency improvements. - Ownership for and creation of relevant budgets in the areas of reliability and centrally led campaign maintenance.. - Lessons learned closeout for communication and feedback of agreed equipment in the areas of I&E, mechanical, cranes & lifting, lifecraft and rotating equipment preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance - Reliability & Maintenance performance improvement plan including equipment type spends, sparing and vulnerability - Assurance/ challenge of asset preventive maintenance budgets (performance management/ benchmarking) - Assurance/challenge of asset corrective and breakdown budgets (performance management/benchmarking) - Analysing SPU corrective and breakdowns trends/ learnings and working with TA’s for incorporation into Generic Maintenance Plans and strategy enhancement. - Improvement plan for Correctives and Breakdown spend - Generating insights into SPU Corrective and Breakdown maintenance performance management information. - Ownership of the production improvement plan for equipment performance related production efficiency improvements - Ownership of site technical practices for reliability and maintenance - Secondary accountabilities to Projects, TARs, TA’s and the R&M Network for support as related to reliability and maintenance - Influence, alignment and challenge of platform maintenance execution through engagement and leadership of the offshore maintenance TL community. Intermediate level professional position requiring a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years experience unless otherwise noted.
