The Company:

The Role:
The role holder is responsible for the overall execution of the study including technical design solutions, installation method, weight/cost estimation and ECPI project schedule.
Responsible for the project execution model:
Ensure that a change control, system if implemented if required.
Ensure good PEM knowledge within the study, organisation and arrange PEM introduction/training as required.
Make sure that the principal in PEM are understood, accepted and adhered to by the Client.

Demonstrate HSE leadership by emphasising his/her personal commitment to HSE and by promoting HSE principals, HSE mind-set and Just Care.
Ensure establishment and maintenance of an efficient study organisation; with clear responsibilities, authorities and command/reporting lines, compatible with overall study responsibilities, policies and study schedules, with proper and adequate personal at times, which secures good inter-departmental coordination.
Ensure execution of necessary team building activities.
Focus on and contribute to a quality mind set within the study organisation.
Focus on continuous improvement.
Manage the study organisation.

Obtain detailed knowledge of the contract and adhere to the contract requirements.
Ensure focus on HSE, quality and commercial aspects.
Review and approve scope of work breakdown in Products, Part products and Building Blocks.
Ensure that a complete design basis is established in the study start-up period.
Ensure clear interfaces towards subcontractors and other parties with respect to scope of work and responsibilities if required.
Ensure that all changes in scope of work/contract are approved by Client and implemented by design.
Ensure that the project scope of work is clear and understood by the study organisation.
Ensure that the mechanisms of the contract are understood by the study organisation and implemented in attitudes.

Review and approve study milestone dates (PEM milestones and any additional Client defined milestones).
Ensure establishment and maintenance of the project activity schedule.
Review and approve cost budgets and quantity and weight budgets.
Ensure that approved changes are reflected in manning, cost and schedules.
Initiate and ensure Baseline updates in agreement with Client.

Ensure establishment or project routines and standardised reports – for the various levels/units in the project organisation, for reporting towards Client, for reporting towards the basis organisation.
Ensure project reporting in accordance with project routines.
Ensure necessary reporting of suppliers and sub-contractors.
Prepare input to weekly/monthly reports to Client if required.
Report to the Client and Base organisation all matters of importance.
Arrange regular meetings with Client with reporting on milestone achievements, man hours and expenditures, highlighting any possible problems and uncertainties and making it clear whether any actions by the Client may be required.
Ensure collection of experience data and provide input to study experience report.

Ensure that the work is performed, in accordance with the project execution model, in accordance with the study schedule, within the budgets and with focus on quality and HSE aspects.
Focus on financial results for Client and own Company.
Ensure focus on functional design solutions with respect to overall system functionality and operability, HSE aspects, constructability and cost reduction.
Ensure that milestone reviews are performed for critical milestones will focus on execution key deliverables, management key deliverables.
Implement corrective actions as necessary/as agreed.
