The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the integrity management of the Subsea control system of the allocated installation and drive the availability and reliability of subsea systems by performing inspection, preventive and reactive maintenance on subsea assets.

•Evaluation, development and execution of preventive maintenance requirements and associated reporting to demonstrate ongoing subsea asset integrity for the subsea control systems.
•Development and/or implementation of obsolescence management strategies for the subsea control systems.
•Definition and management of operational spares for subsea control systems.
•Co-ordination of investigation of failures within subsea control systems operational lifetime.
•Onshore co-ordination of offshore work campaigns for inspection, preventive and remedial maintenance of subsea facilities.
•Support delivery of inspection requirements and associated reporting for subsea structures and pipelines.
•Support the development and delivery of annual subsea inspection and maintenance plans and budgets.
•Collaborate with the management of work priorities with regard to offshore vessel campaigns.
•Participation within internal and external multi-discipline Engineering Reviews, HAZID/HAZOP/HIRA related to workscopes.
•Strong focus on safety in planning and performance of work.
•Managing relationships/expectations with multiple Asset Customers and Vendors in a dynamic work environment. Motivating, building and maintaining competence and confidence within the Team.
•Ensuring delivery of the departments 3 year business improvement plan. Maintaining alignment with our Subsea team in Norway. Supporting and challenging our Global Discipline.
