The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
Our Client is looking for a Subsea Contracts Advisor to be responsible as the contracts and commercial representative for contracts negotiations – pre and post award.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Responsible for preparation and execution of Contracts documentation required to deliver Subsea Equipment requirements
• Develop and implement contracting strategies and forecasts to successfully support the Subsea Equipment Team
• Ensure that project schedules and deliverables are met – with specific delivery against the Subsea Equipment Schedule
• Act as a mentor and provide guidance as appropriate to team members
• Identify of opportunities for improving tools and processes and cost reduction
• Champion compliance to our client’s contracting policies and procedures
• Support and use of e-procurement tools (buyer, compliance, sourcing, workbench)
• Ensure all compliance needs of Contracts are satisfied including insurance certificates, authority levels, approvals, foreign corrupt practices act, trade practice act etc.

In addition, you’ll ensure project safety culture is communicated to all contractors that are to work on the project.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to fulfil the role you must have the ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following commercial, technical and interpersonal aspects:

• In this role you will have a degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrated experience developing, negotiating and awarding Subsea Equipment Contracts for major Oil and Gas Projects
