The Company:
A major, international oil and gas company

The Role:
Manage the engineering and delivery of project-owned scope for the subsea production system - which encompasses a 6 slot manifold, associated trees, control system, insulated flowline loop and flexibles through riser caisson/J-tubes to a platform.
This will include management of interfaces with the company global subsea hardware team who are responsible for hardware delivery.
define and deliver functionality and operability requirements for the ASP Subsea Production System (SPS) and flowline/riser system with full recognition of vessel constraints.
•Provide subsea inputs to Project SoR and own the subsea BoD.
•Manage integration of subsea hardware into project in line with project scope, schedule and cost expectations.
•Manage delivery of system engineering philosophies, strategies and specifications; this includes management of delivery of IMR strategy.
•Manage the system architecture development. Owner of subsea layout.
•Ensure subsea interfaces issues are identified, managed and closed in a timely manner (including with Installation Contractors, Operations, Offshore Facilities Team, Wells and Subsurface Team)
•Ensure subsea related risks are identified, managed and closed in a timely manner.
•Manage the subsea reliability program
•Support to in-country subsea fabrication scope as required - including riser caisson and flowline coating.
•Develop SPS Site Integration Test (SIT) and in-country Site Receipt Test (SRT) philosophies, strategies and plans.
•Ensure suitable systems in place to handover engineering documentation to Operations
•Champion the capture and transfer of lessons learned and best practice from other subsea projects

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree qualified and Chartered Engineer (C.Eng).
Strong technical experience with the delivery, construction and installation of a broad range of subsea facilities and systems in a projects environment.
Experience in leading a team of discipline engineers, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance to agreed standards.
