The Role:
As the Subsea (Hardware) Engineer, you will manage resources to support hardware procurement, modification and maintenance of Capital Spares while supporting the development of solutions to maximise the economic outcomes of existing operating assets.
You will also support the development of innovative solutions to meet the described drivers for upcoming development opportunities and coordinate the provision of vendor equipment, services and tooling in support of offshore subsea well completions, workovers and intervention activities.
In addition you will provide technical reports, cost estimates, proposals and justifications as required by the project.


To be selected for this opportunity you will have a minimum of 4 years experience in the manufacture, testing and installation of subsea equipment.
You will be a team player with the ability to lead and motivate teams of engineers to deliver best value.

It is essential you are familiar with HSE Management Systems and Failure Analysis techniques, including participation in risk reviews and HAZOPs/HAZIDs.
