The Company:
Our Client is one of the largest independent oil and gas exploration and production companies in Europe.

The Role:
The IMR Lead Engineer shall co-ordinate all technical aspects of the day to day operation with the IMR Engineering Contracor for the onshore and offshore operations for the IMR work.
Will be responsible for assuring that the subsea operations asset will be maintained to an acceptable standard that is in accordance with determined good practice, applicable company processes and procedures and is consistent with appropriate technical standards.
Provide IMR leadership as the functional point of contact for IMR Engineering Contractor and Subsea Engineering Contractor supporting the IMR program.
Will oversee all of the Company’s inspection, maintenance and repair along with surveillance works for all subsea infrastructure including but not limited to Pipeline Systems and Subsea Structures.

The position is based both onshore and offshore

Tasks & Responsibilities;
Ensure operations are conducted to a high safety standard in accordance with approved procedures and Company Standards and Guidelines
Develop the competence of Local engineers in subsea IMR methodologies and procedures.

Onshore work:
• Manage IMR Engineering Contractor
• Manage Subsea Engineering Contractor
• Work with Subsea Vessel Ops and manage MPV schedule for IMR inspection work
• Support engineering technical review and any tendering of hardware
• Project CTR estimates and Operational Reviews as required
• Prepare offshore procedures for typical offshore IMR Inspection work.
- Inspection and survey operation
- Tie-in operations
- ROV intervention work
- Specilized Tooling design

Offshore work:
• Coordinate all technical aspects of the mobilization, demobilization and offshore work on the MPV
• Review Work Plan developed by IMR Engnieering Contractor and develop Task plans for specific operations
• Review all material handling and lift plans during work scope
• Liaise with the IMR Engineering Contracor / IMR inspector representative to ensure proper execution of Task Plan

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Relevant Engineering Degree
- 10+ Years IMR onshore and offshore, ideally with deepwater environment.
- Should have a good understanding of diverless intervention / ROV systems.
