The Role:
• Responsible to the Head of SURF engineering for delivery of the engineering documentation satisfying the design requirements in compliance with the constraints of cost, time and technical quality.
• Review and check manifold and connections engineering documents submitted by engineering contractors.
• Ensure that level of technical integrity required for the safe and long term operation of the manifold and connections is maintained through all stages of project development, including the operating and maintenance philosophies and procedures.
• Sets and maintains high personal standards for HSE, QA and ethical behaviors as an example for the facility team, subcontractors and project stakeholders.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
• 15+ years specialist experience with subsea hardware design and specification development on deepwater subsea projects
• Experience in defining and incorporating project HSE requirements into final project specification for execution and post-project operations
• Familiarity with wide range of manifold designs is essential, as is ability to effectively support market engagement and develop/manage SEV supply contracts during FEED and execution
• Experience with managing subsea surveillance of SEV production and SITs and field installation of subsea tree is preferred
