The Role:
Subsea Program Manager in the GoM US Pipelines business unit.

• CVP/FEL project management experience
• A formal qualification in at least one project management methodology. PMP preferred, alternatively PRINCE2.
• Proven experience of managing large teams of people.
• Provides leadership and support to subsea inspection teams - developing strategy, methodology, execution planning, cost estimating, resourcing.
• SME in all subsea project and inspections related activities Support offshore/deepwater projects as SME and integrated member of project team
• Develop and implement risk mitigating options and alternatives -
• SME in offshore inspection/repair practices - Diving/ROV
• Interface with upstream on execution strategy leading to minimizing disruption to operations through alignment – cost sharing, resources.
• Interface with affiliates/JV partners in matters related to cost, planning and execution of work and strategy
• SME to operations on matters regarding safe and reliable operations and engagement with regulating agencies
• Proficient understanding and application of USPL technical and group practices related to offshore engineering and design – site technical practices, Group Defined Practices
• Proficient understanding and application of external regulations, ASME B 31.4, B 31.9, API 1104, BSEE, BOE, Marine, Coast Guard
• Develop and communicate multi-year maintenance plan on offshore inspections and repairs
