The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
To provide support to the Umbilicals, Risers and Flowlines (URF) Group by review and oversight of the URF EPCI Contractor’s design and fabrication of subsea structures (production and gas export riser bases (with SSIV’s), MEG Manifold and FLETs) throughout execution phase as well as supporting FAT and SIT activities.

• Provide support to the Deputy URF Manager and other members of the URF Group as required.
• Be able to work with a wide variety of personnel within the client and with interfacing contractors to resolve issues and conflicts to achieve the best outcome for the Project.
• Provide support to the URF Engineering team, URF Fabrication team, URF Installation team and other members of the URF Group as required.
• Develop strong teamwork with Project personnel.
• Work closely with EPCI Contractor personnel.
• Act as for the Lead Subsea Structures Engineer during his absence.
• Proactively adhere to and promote the Client/Company workplace values and behaviours exercising tolerance and respect for diversity.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Ensure development of a cohesive and fit for purpose URF Package engineering related to subsea structures.
• Ensure engineering and fabrication of subsea structures to applicable Codes, Standards and quality requirements.
• Participate in design review, HAZID/ENVID, constructability review workshops etc.
• Resolve subsea structures related interface issues and technical queries.
• Proven track record holding similar position with other projects for the design, manufacture, installation and pre-commissioning of subsea flowlines fabricated from both carbon steel and CRA linepipe materials.
• Proven ability to manage linepipe procurement / coating packages.
• Previous experience in subsea flowline design specifically lateral buckling and ECA.
• Previous experience working in client team on EPCI/EPCM contracts and working with relevant internationally recognized design codes/standards (specifically including API RP 2A and ISO 13628-5).
• 3-8 years’ experience in subsea structures
