Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project..

The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Subsea Projects Team Leader who will be concerned with development and execution of projects required to maintain ongoing subsea operations

Play a leading role in the promotion and achievement of an excellent HSE culture, supporting Client commitment to achieving and maintaining the highest possible standards of HSE
To establish and maintain positive relationships within the subsea Ops team and with all contractor personnel
Develop the subsea projects team proving leadership guidance and direction to the team
Develop, implement and maintain the management and reporting processes required to identify categorise, prioritise and performance manage all Category 3 and 5 Subsea projects
Manage all Category 3 to 5 Subsea projects through project lifecycle including
Development of project work scopes budgets and schedules
Engage the wider ops teams to ensure detailed understanding of intent and to secure the necessary contributions to the projects
Establishment of project teams for execution of these small projects, including the necessary contractor support
Mange the engineering and procurement activities including manufacturing /construction activities
Organise and run risk assessments, prepare for peer reviews and gatekeeper meetings
Manage the PSCM interface to progress PSCM activities for the success of the projects
Ensure compliance of work to BP engineering technical practices and appropriate quality standards

Liaise with the subsea execution team leader to ensure that the project work is built into the vessel schedules and that all equipment, material, processes and procedures are complete to allow safe and efficient execution of the work

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
At least 10 years Operator experience
A chartered engineer with a degree in engineering discipline
A detailed knowledge of project management techniques, processes and procedures
