The Role:
Description
The Subsea Supervisor is responsible for working with key service and equipment providers to prepare and supervise use of tooling for subsea interfacing/intervention operations offshore. This role includes some onshore planning, but is mostly expected to perform and monitor offshore execution of deep water operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage the delivery, mobilization, and operation of equipment and tooling needed to provide through-tubing well access.
Supervise and advise on all subsea activities including, but not limited to Intervention Riser System deployment and operation, Intervention Work-Over Control System (IWOCS) installation and operation, as well as crown plug retrieval and installation.
Work directly with Intervention Supervisors during offshore preparation and operations to provide subsea support and trouble-shooting expertise as needed.
Responsible for daily on-site reporting regarding subsea operations.
Participate in After Action Reviews with key equipment suppliers to capture learning’s and improve subsequent operations.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience:

Offshore subsea operation supervision experience is required with a preference for 10 years
Intervention-type operations experience is preferred
Experience running and operating IRS and IWOCS required
Experience retrieving and installing crown plugs preferred
Helicopter egress training is required
SafeGulf certificate is required
TWIC card is preferred

Education:
B.S. in engineering field is preferred
