The Role:
The Subsea Systems Project Engineer works in a delivery line of the project. The Project Engineer is responsible for drill centres FTP and EFLI delivery, SIT support, installation, and testing. The Project Engineer supervises Installation contractor execution of installation engineering design, transportation, testing, and provide technical support onboard installation vessels. The Project Engineer manages timely supply of ALL CPI, interface resolution, design changes, ensure technical and commercial issues are resolved and the deliverable is in compliance with all Company and statutory requirements. The Project Engineer owns HSSE performance and ensuring highest standards in all behavioural and HSSE compliance matters. The Project Engineer reports to the Flowline and Drill Centre Project manager and is expected to deliver drill centres work scope safely with high quality within project budget and schedule.

People & Leadership
Manage the interfaces between key stakeholders, including engineering contractors, contractors, and suppliers.
Adheres to Company Management Framework leadership standards, including codes of ethical conduct.

Demonstrate clear HSSE leadership to team members, vendors and contractors promoting Company HSSE objectives and ensuring application of company standards.
Drill centre works execution
Monitor and supervise the preparation, review and approval of installation engineering, fabrication and construction deliverables to ensure comments from key stakeholders are incorporated appropriately.
Ensure Contractors adheres to quality assurance/quality control and Inspection and Test Plans during all phases of the project.
Provide regular performance reporting to drill centres scope; highlight areas requiring attention to achieve project objectives.

Implement schedule to assure timely delivery of engineering, fabrication, testing, and any other aspect supporting drill centres work scope completion.

Implement the project quality assurance plan for all drill centres work scope fabrication and installation activities.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Honours degree in suitable engineering discipline.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experienced in ROV and Subsea Production Systems preferably.
