The Company:

The Role:
•To lead and direct a team of Subsea Project Engineers.
•Integrate the Norwegian Multiphase Booster Pump Design team with the Aberdeen Pipeline Design team.
•Responsible for delivery of basis for design, cost/scheduling for the project and potentially early FEED studies.
•Responsible for the specification of the new Multiphase Booster Pump.
•Integrating all activities for the reinstatement project.
•Liaising with various disciplines such as Topsides, Subsurface, Wells Engineering etc with relation to the new wells.
•Inform the Project Manager of progress of the work, potential risk areas and their solution and highlighting significant deviations from plans and providing proposals for remedial action.
•Provide engineering input into the specification of the Multiphase Booster Pump.
•Provision of engineering advice to the Project, Instrument & Control and Process Engineers in the Project Team.
•Manage risks for the Project to ALARP.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Degree qualified Engineer
•Subsea Project Execution experience is essential
•Subsea Front End Development experience is essential
•Multiphase boost pump design and delivery experience is desirable
•Ability to handle Technical challenges (i.e. New Technology)
•Expert use of MS Office packages is essential
•Advanced user of AutoCAD is essential
•Strong decision making skills is essential
•Good inter-personal, leadership skills
•Good team player but also self driven and a proven achiever
•Good communications skills (i.e. report writing and presentation) are essential
•Strong project management and technical skills
