The Role:
•Preparation and facilitation of Risk Based Assessment
•Direct support to MOT development
•Management of Subsea risk Profile
•Fountain Management
•SAP management of PM routines
•Preparation of Deviations Sparing/Condition based monitoring
•Preparation of presentations and detailed spreadsheets/data management with COABIS
•Preparation of slide packs for Monthly meetings
•Diagnostic trees
•Management of sparing stock Workscope Execution
•WRF process management
•PO preparation
•CTR management
•UMDB management General Support
•Provide technical administration support •Liaison with external agencies where required mainly with DECC
•External and internal correspondence management
•Meeting arrangement and coordinating
•Distribution of information to team
•Interfacing with other Team Administrators for the exchange of information register of team rotational leave schedules
•Record minutes within meetings, compile and distribute then follow up actions
•Maintain established office files and
•Logistical co-ordination between the company and 3rd parties to mobilise personnel and equipment to offshore locations Skills &

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Excellent MS Office and Microsoft applications skills
•Excellent Knowledge of SAP
•Previous experience in office assistant role
•Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
•Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
•Technical background
•Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
