The Company:
Our Client is an independent Australian oil and gas company playing a key role in supplying energy to our region.

They are one of the world’s leading producers of liquefied natural gas, helping meet the demands for cleaner energy from Japan, China, Korea and other countries in the Asia Pacific region.

The Role:
• To ensure the safe and efficient execution of subsea completion and intervention activities (including LWI) in accordance with clients standards and procedures.
• To provide onshore planning and preparation of contractor subsea equipment prior to mobilisation (includes SIT). Recommend appropriate back up and contingency equipment requirements.
• To assist with the preparation of CTR estimates for Subsea activities and complete work within budget.
• To provide subsea input to detailed completion and intervention procedures.
• Provide support and planning associated MODU/LWI subsea interfaces.
• Participate in technical limit exercise (such as complete the well on paper, intervene the well on paper, etc.) to critically review subsea completion and intervention activities.
• To supervise the subsea component of subsea completions and intervention activities.
• To report daily operations and manage well records including coordination of subsea tree and related contractor reports.
• Provide input to well status diagrams and handover documents.
• Conduct ‘After Action Reviews’ to capture operational learning and ensure these are transferred to the appropriate D & C documentation (CoG, hazard registers, etc.)
• Ensure subsea equipment is refurbished / repaired and preserved in accordance with approved procedures at the end of job.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Engineering degree preferred
