The Company:
A renowned EPC Company involved in many of the major LNG and Mining Projects in Australia and Worldwide.

The Role:
Provide Leadership for the safety,accident prevention, and fire prevention programs of the project.

Create and maintain the environment in which pursuit of excellence, zero accident and zero rework is part of the site culture.

Monitor performance and productivity of all construction work performed mitigate for schedule slippage.Update and communicate the Project Execution Plan and Project Health & Safety plan.

Responsible for all nightshift jobsite operations, including all on site activities of the subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and their representatives.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Construction Management experience within the construction industry specifically LNG plants.
Extensive Supervisory experience
Strong track record for delivering projects on time, on budget with zero safety incidents and accidents.
Strong leadership ability.
Knowledgeable with O&G industry construction methods and procedures.
Experience of working on large projects in Australia.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Previous Nightshift Management experience would be advantageous.
Advanced level of knowledge of HSE, procurement,project controls and work processes
