The Role:
The Contracts Analyst shall perform his (her) duties in compliance with company requirements and interests. This instruction shall determine, however not limiting, her/his primary goals and accountabilities. Accountabilities list can be changed and/or supplemented under management decision and shall not be limited to this instruction.

The Contracts Analyst shall perform his (her) work in compliance with company interests, policy and standards. Her/his actions shall not contradict company QHSE policy. The Contracts Analyst shall strictly observe performed operations conformity to current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Contracts Analyst shall be responsible for stringent observance of confidentiality in the course of work.
The Contracts Analyst shall be obliged to ensure timely performance of works with commitment to final results. He/she shall constantly work on optimizing the work process, enhancing its effectiveness and quality, as well as upgrading own qualification.
Performance shall report to RCA Supply Chain Contracts Manager (further referred to as Supervisor). He/she shall timely submit required reports to Manager and obtain his approval for administrative-procedural issues.
The Employee may be asked, upon his/her consent, to carry out a task not related to his contractual job, provided that the Employee has a valid work license and professional qualification.

Functional responsibilities:
Reviews, proposes revisions, negotiates and drafts Supply Chain Contracts whenever necessary.

Supports the Supply Chain Manager in the drafting and development of Supplier agreements under the supervision of the Contracts Manager.

Drafts and communicates exceptions to tender documents and RFQ´s under the supervision of the Contracts Manager.

Administers Contracts and ensures compliance with the generally accepted Supply Chain Contracts Management specific administrative procedures and practices.

Ensures and monitors compliance with all Schlumberger policies, standards and procedures, and contractually assumed obligations.

Creates and updates Contracts in the Supply Chain Contracts database (where the Contracts Administrative Assistant position is not available).

Responsible for the set-up and continuous update of physical Contracts files and ensures compliance with general administrative filing procedures as well as Schlumberger standards (where the Contracts Administrative Assistant position is not available).

Proposes and drafts improvements regularly to agreement templates, T&C’s, processes, practices, procedures and guidelines.

Assists the Contracts Manager when and as required.

Generates Supplier Contracts and other reports from ASL and in OFS Reporter on a regular basis and ad-hoc whenever necessary to proactively manage the Supply Chain Contracts (e.g. expiration and/or renewal dates, termination notices, assignments, changes to legal entities, etc.).

Participates in and assists with presentations, workshops, or any other similar events organized by or for the Supply Chain Contracts function when and as requested.

Assists with Supplier Contracts negotiations, Contracts claims or disputes (with the support of the Legal Department), audits and/or performance reviews whenever necessary.

May be assigned other responsibilities, in addition to or in lieu of those described above, according to the Supply Chain objectives or needs.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Candidate should be Atyrau residence with Legal Education, should have 3 years experience in Contracts Dept, experience & good knowledge on preparing of contracts. Should be available to Business trips.
