The Company:
Our Client is a Global Operator in the Oil and Gas Industry.

The Role:
Job Purpose:
To provide the Supply Chain organization with supplier database management support.

Key Responsibilities:
 Maintain the Supplier Database
 Maintain registers and Logs as required
 Provide first line support for all administrative issues with Local Content
 Develop positive working relationships with potential suppliers and other stakeholders through communications and support
 Run and Issue KPI reports

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
 HND or equivalent
 Windows 2007, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, ACCESS skills desirable.

 Excellent verbal, written and aural communication skills
 Able to work effectively as part of a team
 Ability to work on own initiative
 Takes a proactive approach
 Ability to take responsibility and manage tasks through to completion

 Experience of working in oil and gas organisations
 Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
 Experience of producing user friendly documentation.
 Practical experience in database administration and data analysis
 Strong communication and teamwork skills.
