The Role:
Assist the Project Quality Manager in project quality plans (monitoring, verification, FMEA ...)
Developing and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality costs to identify recurring trends and develop strategies to improve performance and meet the demands Quality of CMY.
Ensure the collection of experience feedback from the PRELUDE project.
Analyze the feedback and propose their implementation. This mission will be conducted in close collaboration with the Project team, Purchasing, Engineering, and in connection with the customer and suppliers to improve proactively quality of equipment and materials, purchase and delivery process equipment, as well as shipments to the construction site.
Provide the same mission with the project partners on the construction yard and the Turret.
Transmit these analyzes to Supplier Quality Manager and Project Flawless Delivery Coordinator , that they provide support to suppliers in their quality improvement process.
Collate the data and Supplier Quality Engineers QC Inpecteurs and refer directly to the Project Quality Manager.
Analyze monthly reports from the suppliers to identify critical manufacturing and testing phases.
Ensure the advancement of literature review and ensure proper coordination of the various actors in the pre-FAT phases (Factory Acceptance Test) and FAT from suppliers.
Write reports (summary of progress and major points during treatment) and those meetings that he (she) assists
Ensure that the project is consistent with the Group's Quality Guidelines and / or the Project Quality Plan.
Develop or participate in the development of procedures Project Quality on demand.
Perform internal audits according to the audit plan.
Scheduling Engineer support in the implementation of VIMT (Vendor Inspection Management Tool).
Treat relationships with Subcontractors, suppliers and customers, according to the priorities assigned to it.
Manages customer feedback.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Generalist engineer by training, you have an experience of Planning and coordination of suppliers inspections for the Oil & Gas industry, integrating external stakeholders.
Experience in monitoring quality suppliers and equipment of one (or more) of the following areas is essential:
1) Pressure vessels (reactors, columns, balls, heat exchangers) and equipment exposed to the flame (furnaces, boilers, etc ...)
2) Rotating Equipment (pumps, compressors ...)
3) Electricity, Instrumentation
Training in auditing (AFNOR ...) will be a plus or a minimum experience of internal audit.
Must speak FRENCH and ENGLISH
