The Company:
Our Client is the leading oilfield services provider.

The Role:

- Provide effectively support to main SSB operations (Warehouse, Marine & Helibase operation), administer and monitor the clerical system in order to ensure that the
administration is maintained in an accurate and timely manner. Supervise administrative services such :
• Supervise the duties of the administrative assistant, receptionist and SSB driver, and maid.
• Supervise and execute office management function in dealing with facility management for any issues i.e. general office services, maintenance.
• Supervise to ensure efficiency of facilities arrangement for visitor.
• SSB focal point section.

- Involve processes for SSB activities and operation support such :
• Monitoring and consolidate Supply Base KPI, PPA.
• Monitor and control SSB weekly, monthly report.
• SSB Work Program Budget (WPB)
• Check and verify all invoices expenses in relation to contract with our joint-venture.
• New or other existing project.

- Monitor and control the reimbursement of SSB Petty cash to be in line of Finance procedure.

- Supervise and dealing with new and existing suppliers for any issues related to administration scope of works and control Low Value Purchasing (LVP) to be effectively
and timely support to offshore operations.
• To monitor and verify SSB-MSR from each section.
• Supervise and monitor LVP proceeding to be in line with procurement policy and timely support.

- Perform other related duties as assign by Supply Base Superintendant


- Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Admin or other. Masters in these disciplines with Masters in Business Administration would be an advantage.
- At least 3-5 years experience in the area of administration or accounting.
