The Company:
: Our Client appears in the FTSE 100 index and is an international energy services company specializing in Oil and Gas and has annual revenues of over £2.6 billion. They believe that it is the people that drive their success, from Project Managers, Project Engineers, consultants to designers and commercial personnel. They work globally employing over 20,000 people on major operations including the UK

The Role:
◦Assists in the implementation of company process using Oracle
◦Processes requisitions once approved by budget holders in to Call-off / Purchase Orders, applying diligence to T&Cs, issue to suppliers, tracking return of signed order and expediting same
◦Assists with the helpdesk administration and troubleshooting ensuring prompt resolution of issues
◦Maintain savings, corporate entertainment, credit card registers
◦Manages Supply Chain Department contracts register, monitoring contract durations, expiry dates, validity dates of pricing and changes to contracts
◦Management of variation and milestone registers, ensuring accuracy and execution of documents
◦Develops and maintains insurance certificates register
◦Compiles monthly Purchase Order reports
◦Manages Key Supplier database and documentation
◦Supports Supply Chain in any other area of business
◦Liaises with internal stakeholders
◦Ensures accurate physical and electronic filing of all contract documentation

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
◦A rounded education of Standard Grades/ GCSE or Highers (or equivalent) is mandatory
◦Relevant Department/ installation Managers and Project Managers, both on and offshore
◦Business Support team members
◦Senior Management Team
◦Cross function; Legal, Tax, Insurance, Risk, Commercial, HSSEQ, Compliance and Internal Audit
◦Internal support functions (HR/ IT/ Facilities/ Finance)
◦Contract Representatives in a wide range of suppliers, vendors and service companies
◦Relevant industry and trade groups e.g. Oil & Gas UK, Share Fair/ FPAL
◦Previous experience in an Oil and Gas administration role, performing comparable duties in an Operator or Service Company setting.
◦Proven ability to deal with many suppliers, build relationships and communicate effectively
◦Ability to develop relationships with key internal stakeholders

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
◦Knowledge of Oracle/ Maximo or similar ERP or procurement & materials systems
