The Role:
Challenging role assisting in the implementation of P2P process using Oracle and processing requisitions once approved by budget holders in to Call-off / Purchase Orders, applying diligence to T&Cs, issue to suppliers, tracking return of signed order and expediting same.

Main Duties:
◦Assists with the Oracle P2P helpdesk administration and troubleshooting ensuring prompt resolution of issues
◦Maintain savings, corporate entertainment, credit card registers
◦Manages Supply Chain Department contracts register, monitoring contract durations, expiry dates, validity dates of pricing and changes to contracts
◦Management of variation and milestone registers, ensuring accuracy and execution of documents
◦Develops and maintains insurance certificates register
◦Compiles monthly Purchase Order reports
◦Manages Key Supplier database and documentation
◦Supports Supply Chain in any other area of business
◦Liaises with internal stakeholders
◦Ensures accurate physical and electronic filing of all contract documentation

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
◦Previous experience in an Oil and Gas administration role, performing comparable duties in an Operator or Service Company setting.
◦Proven ability to deal with many suppliers, build relationships and communicate effectively
◦Ability to develop relationships with key internal stakeholders

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
◦Knowledge of Oracle/ Maximo or similar ERP or procurement & materials systems
