The Company:
Our Client uses their technical expertise to explore, develop and produce it in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. They are building a company that operates at every stage of the oil and gas lifecycle, both offshore and onshore.

The Role:
• Work closely with the Contracts Group to ensure that all invoices that are received are checked against the appropriate contract for rate validation, appropriate back-up and whether the PO No is quoted correctly

• Work closely with the Finance Group to ensure that any credits required are posted to the appropriate PO and that where appropriate advise of any rejected invoices

• Assist with the filing and maintaining of all contracts, amendments and associated correspondences accurately, systematically (hard copy, e-copy, R:Drive).

• Provide information to the appropriate PSCM and Business Owner of any contract variation/amendment required from the review of an invoice

• Check and monitor the supporting documents of all contract transactions from each

• Expedite invoice/credit notes to ensure timely payment

• Ensure that all procedures are complied with and all actions are auditable also maintaining the highest personal, professional and ethical standards
