The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Location: 23 - Multiple Location

Admin Support - This role will provide administrative support to the Supply Chain and Contracts Management teams. It will also involve supporting the overall administration of Trading Division if needed.

Skills Required:
* General administrative duties for Supply Chain and Contracts Management teams.
* Preparation of materials for monthly management meetings, and governance reviews with key suppliers, including producing presentations.
* Co-ordination of meetings with internal and external visitors (including visitor bookings and arranging refreshments if necessary).
* Maintaining Sharepoint, ensuring it is up to date and records are compliant with corporate filing requirements.
* Weekly/monthly maintenance and submission of travel requirements.
* Travel planning support (booking flights/hotels, arrangement of Visas).
* General Office duties including stationary and paper supply ordering/recycling.
* Raising and issuing e-trackers for general use. e.g. facilities issues.
* Involvement with induction of new starters and associated administration.
* Holiday and absence record control.
* CDSid requests for new starters and contractors into the department.

Skills Preferred:
* Excellent organisation skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation as well as with external contacts.
* Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
* Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to changing demands.
* A current driving licence.

Experience Required:
* High Standard of PC literacy in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Desirable:
* Experience of JLR systems e.g. SAP, WIPS, Time on Line, e-travel system.
* Experience of working in a supply chain or purchasing environment.

Education Required:
Good general level of education.

Additional Information :

Some travelling between sites in the Midlands may be required. iHouse, UOW, Coventry and other sites in Midlands Mon-Fri 8:00-16:45
