The Company:
Our client is a technology leader and the world’s leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, and industrial gas turbines.

The Role:
Job Location : Rayong
Hiring Term : Permanent

1.Responsible for performing work to achieve corporate supply chain performance targets focused on inventory reduction, increased inventory turns and improved order-to-delivery results.
2.This role performs physical / tactical work applying the Supply Chain Planning Process to build the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) for a value stream.
3.Documents PFEP information in the PFEP Web Tool, including, but not limited to:

_ Facility lean material flow plans
_ data on demand and demand variability
_ supplier shipping performance and variability percentages for purchased finished material (both time and quantity)

4.This position deploys visual elements and standard work in facilities, and actively supports facility change management activities as new supply chain processes are deployed.
5.Incumbent documents Standard Work Processes and makes it available to execute Part Planning at the facility.
6.Performs tactical, hands-on work to achieve CPS supply chain process compliance and MQ Certification for a facility.
7.Performs tactical, hands-on work with other Supply Chain functions, 3rd party providers and facility divisions to drive supply chain improvements.
8.The incumbent analyzes value stream supply chain constraints and deploys corrective action.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
1.Knowledge of standard supply chain systems.
2.Must possess strong collaborative, interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work across functions to perform work deploying supply chain improvements.
3.Requires problem-solving skills to solve common problems.
4.Must be a strong team player in order to be effective in deploying supply chain improvements as part of a team.
5.Must possess understanding of manufacturing and operations standard processes and basic product knowledge.
6.Ability to analyze business conditions and situations during deployment needed to minimize disruption to daily requirements.
7.College or university degree or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain and/or Logistics
8.Management or Industrial Engineering
9.Minimum of five years of progressively responsible supply chain job experience required
10.Six Sigma project experience and Manufacturing Engineering experience highly desired.
