The Company:
Multinational company that provides fully engineered solutions, equipment and services. Their expertise includes fire suppression and prevention, water treatment, power distribution and control, and HVAC for new builds and retrofits in the maritime and offshore industries.

The Role:
To assist the Supply Chain Coordinator/Purchaser with his main responsibilities:

• Source suppliers for the business streams and set up supply agreements.
• Quality check the chosen suppliers, send quality assurance forms and follow up.
• Create a live database for suppliers and materials.
• Evaluation of MRP Messages and Purchase Requisition Proposals to ensure scheduled material receipts are aligned and can meet the requirements of the client and project/service.
• Convert Purchase Requisitions in Opening Time Period to Purchase Orders or Call to Orders, Notify the Subcontractors and Supplier and confirm material delivery date
• Tracking & Tracing of purchase orders or call to order with suppliers and keeping the master scheduling system (IFS) always updated on the estimated material delivery date.
• Review and manage change requests (quantity, time) from suppliers and subcontractors, making appropriate reschedules in accordance with the Master Schedule Policy
• Collect and Evaluate suppliers performance.

Process Involvement:

• Corporate quality documentation and HSE on intranet
• Local Personnel Handbook
• Manuals, Product and Technical Documentation
• Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications - Mandatory requirements:

• University degree or Technical certificate. At least 2 years working experience in supply.
Computer skill Excel, Word.
• Detailed and result oriented, can working flexible, good character, passionate, positive.
• Familiar with logistics process, excellent communication skills between forwarder and supplier for handle all the documents.
• Able to work independently and as well as organized self job, team work thinking.
• Working very details and careful, have good patient attitude for daily job.
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to solve problems.
• Fast learner and always act promptly, can work under pressure and positive attitude.

Additional preferences:

• Good knowledge of the offshore market.
• Versatile and adaptable to varied working conditions
• Problem solver with analytical skills

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Desirable a good English level
