Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Management Administrator to join an exciting team within their Warrington office who will take responsibility for the daily management of a number of indirect commodities across the whole of the business.

As a Supply Chain Management - Data Analyst, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Daily management of set commodities, Broadband, Telephone lines, Amex, Mobiles, Temporary Worker Billing
• Ordering assets from Suppliers and liaising with internal customers and Suppliers.
• Maintaining a high level of service to internal customers adhering to agreed deadlines
• Ensuring all records for all assets to be used internally for SCM purposes are constantly kept up to date
• Maintain & build relationships with suppliers and internal customers
• Document process & procedures for each commodity
• Run reports required for Local BU Managers, Business Controllers etc.
• Report on supplier SLA/KPIs to Manager
• Must be able to account for & report on the status of any commodity categories as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Use of Excel to Intermediate/Advanced level is essential. To include use of Pivot tables and V Look ups
• Knowledge & Skills in Microsoft Office
• Good organisational skills
• Good time management

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience of using SAP preferred but not essential as training will be provided
• Experience working as part of a team
• Use of Lotus Notes
