The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Supply Chain Manager will manage the procurement and supply chain process of all products for a particular of the business within budget and in accordance with agreed schedules.

Key Duties;
•Management of inventory/procurement
•Assist in the design and maintenance of the process for procurement and inventory control
•Closely liaising with engineering and software teams to source relevant products for prototype development of future products and ensure they are delivered on time
•Liaise with global operations to enable accurate forecasting of global equipment and product requirements
•Responsible for the procurement of final volume product
•Responsible for the global distribution of all products
•Responsible for stock control of all global equipment inventory
•Responsible for stock control and inventories of assemblies and sub-assemblies.
•Responsible for OEM and third-party equipment repairs and equipment repairs under warranty
•Responsible to ensure global shipping is controlled and done appropriately
•Preparation of all subsequent supporting documentation for each product including parts lists and Bills of Materials
•Fulfilling any other reasonable activity as instructed by the General Manager
•Liaise with accounts payable and invoice reconciliation to have suppliers paid in a timely manner
•Liaise with Subsea finance in regard to payables and outgoings to Suppliers
•Responsibility to conform to new legislation involving the supply chain (WEEE, air freight security etc) and others that may arise
•Responsible for co-ordination of and reporting on global equipment forecasting
•Responsible for reporting of equipment financials at month end.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good level of general education
Experience within Suppy Chain/Inventory, ideally at a Manager or Supervisor level
Knowledge of / experience of working with SAP is essential
Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements to the supply chain process

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
CIPS qualification desirable
Marine electronics domain knowledge is desirable
