The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role

To support the business objectives through technical and administrative support of the supply chain planning department.

Scope of the Role

- Access CAD Systems – LCA and CATIA V5 and process data.
- Creation of container specifications using CAD data and associated software.
- In ‘Workflow’, process Purchase orders and account queries.
- Interrogate Purchase Order details in SAP where required.
- Collate required information and publish departmental KPIs.
- Manage temporary packaging and transport requests for supply chain planning.
- Administer and maintain the Container development database
- Liaise with Supply Chain Planners & Container Control Team where required.

Qualifications & Experience

- Degree level standard preferred, though not essential.
- CAD - CATIA V5 Training preferred, though not essential.
- IT and analysis skills in Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, MS Word.

The role requires good analytical skills and good understanding of Logistics principles, along with experience of working within an administrative role. IT skills are required with communication skills a prerequisite. Experience of using CAD Data is preferred.
